Bilingual Customer Service Manager

Full-time, permanent position with Oakville-based company


  • Build and maintain customer relationships for the company
  • Guide customers through the sales process into the support phase
  • Provide online training and onboarding of customers for all our software
  • Ensure customers are receiving the tools and support they need
  • In-depth understanding of our software programs to be able to advise and provide answers as needed
  • Educate customers on how to use our software solutions
  • Listen and understand customers’ needs and provide solutions
  • Regular follow ups with customers focusing on customer retention
  • Review customer activity and usage to recommend changes or provide assistance to benefit the customer
  • Identify areas for cross-selling and upselling


  • Bilingual
  • Experience with providing quality Customer Service
  • Communication, listening and relationship management
  • Ability to quickly learn new software programs
  • Teaching and demonstrating software online or in person
  • Problem solving and planning
  • Time and project management
  • Managing customer expectations
  • Cross-selling and upselling
