Job Title: Senior Full Stack .Net Developer

Location: Oakville

Overview:

We have an opening for a Full Stack .Net Developer with a strong technology background and at least five years of development experience. This candidate must have experience with web-based and mobile-based applications, as well as a strong background in system design. The candidate must also have a strong fundamental knowledge of the SDLC process from requirements gathering, estimation, and coding. The candidate needs to have good communication skills and be able to provide the status of projects. In this role you will be exposed to a variety of assignments, responding to service requests, problem-solving, performing technical implementations, and working together with the team members to maintain, refactor, enhance, and customize the supported systems.

Key Responsibilities & Job:

  • Contribute to the development of .Net projects, including cloud development using Azure services.
  • Solid and creative contributions towards analysis, design, and implementation.
  • Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code.
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Create, review, and maintain all required technical documentation related to assigned software.
  • Execute unit testing and integration testing to ensure the software meets requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core MVC, JavaScript, jQuery
  • 4+ years with MS SQL Server
  • Hands-on experience building mobile apps using Xamarin
  • Strong knowledge of .NET Framework and .NET Core
  • Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns
  • Experienced in web/mobile dev cycles and tools
  • Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
  • REST API integration experience
  • Azure cloud services experience
  • Familiarity with React or Angular
  • ORMs like Entity Framework / EF Core
  • Agile methodology, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines
  • Understanding of OAuth and OIDC

Desired Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Security and data protection implementation
  • Experience with Blazor and Docker
